Privacy Policy

Miller Advisory Partners LLC ("MAP," "we," "us") is a consulting practice based in Boca Raton, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through milleradvisorypartners.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have deliberately kept our data collection minimal, and this policy is short because there genuinely is not much to describe.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly

The only information we actively collect is what you submit through the contact form on our site:

• Email address (required)
• Company (optional)
• Your message (required)

You may also contact us directly by email at jeff@milleradvisorypartners.net, in which case we receive whatever you choose to include.

What we do not collect

Our website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. It does not set cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser's local storage. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use contact form submissions for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry, and to carry on any business conversation that follows from it. That is the whole of it.

Service providers and infrastructure

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each necessarily processes some data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and processes our contact form submissions. As part of serving and protecting the site, Cloudflare handles technical request data such as IP addresses and may set cookies strictly necessary for security and performance.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. Because your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, Google receives your IP address and basic request information when a page loads.
• Email. Contact form submissions reach us as email so we can reply, which means our email provider processes the contents of your message.

Automated content publishing

MAP operates internal tooling that drafts and publishes social media content to accounts we own, specifically our own LinkedIn profile and the Miller Advisory Partners LLC LinkedIn Page. A few points about how that tool works, since it uses LinkedIn's API:

• It authenticates through LinkedIn's standard OAuth flow and posts only to accounts we own and administer.
• Its access credentials are stored locally on our own hardware and are not shared with any third party.
• It does not read, collect, store, or process any other LinkedIn member's profile information, connections, messages, or activity.
• Every post is reviewed and approved by a human before publication.

This tool is for our own use only. It is not a product or service offered to anyone else, and no visitor or client data is involved in it.

Data retention

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them. If you would like your inquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email jeff@milleradvisorypartners.net and we will handle it. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those requests regardless of where you are, because the underlying process is the same and the volume of data involved is small.

Data security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and contact form submissions are transmitted encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so while we take reasonable measures appropriate to the small amount of data we hold, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and the service providers described above process data in the United States and other countries. By contacting us, you understand that your information will be handled in the United States.

Children's privacy

This site offers professional consulting services to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle information will be reflected here rather than announced elsewhere, so this page is the authoritative version.
